Africa is starved of the right minds for leadership. A strong and decisive mindset that knows the bearings and plight of the common “man”. The “evil” lurking in our approach to living needs to be altered.
We must begin to inculcate the idea of “Shame” and the basics of shame into our kids, no matter how young they are, kids must be made to feel shame and as well desist from shameful acts. We must put in place a new form of punishment, one that strongly hammers down on actions that are detrimental to out collective good. We should live and learn social, and drive distinction for our social welfare. Socialist approach to governance  must be inculcated in our leadership system again. Civic education made as a tool for our common connectivity, and goals for a social foundation set out that makes “me and you” together aim at “self for us” development for betterment. Our leaders are without shame. If we could have at least that figment of shame DNA’d in our leadership then most of the basic democratic nuances would not exist.
