I thought it was an interesting read.

I’ve generally positioned the calling out AgileEA as an oxymoron but the case still stands for a smart way to deliver architectures than through a waterfall model. My take on this is that a strong risk management system must exist to realize sound business outcomes eventually.

To me, the t of EA is not so much delivery of perfection at once, but to have at any moment in time the essential and the key moving concerns captured and framed in a way that can enable modularize valuable instances of the big picture.
