This experience enriches interaction with executives of Communication Service Providers (CSPs) with dialogue on improvement plans, strengths and weaknesses of existing services as well as opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell service offering. This includes branding, roadshows, senior sales executive coaching and training on new service offering and leading the development of Marketing collateral’s and Sales materials for go-to-market.
The larger part of my career has been rooted in the art of Technology Management. As pleasing and fulfilling as it has been, there is still a journey of unknowns ahead in the area of enriching self. The consistent excellence chucked in the area of Technology application to diverse industries has been driven largely by a visual passion for structure, planning and improvement.
Experience in this domain has span Financial, Internet and pure Telecom sectors. Adopting and applying ICT to solve problems within an enterprise space requires a mix of R&D and Business buy in. Through the early days of taking up Management roles and overseeing IT development, excellence, speed, integrity and persistence have been corner stones to my success.
