National Mobile Number Portability (MNP) project led by the National Communications Authority of Ghana. Led the Implementation to completion within a record 6 months with full business process re-engineering, applications and infrastructure readiness, business halls and distributor training. Solutions delivered including transformation of BSS/OSS, MIS and ERP platforms, as well as overseeing the network infrastructure.

BSS/OSS Deployment for Zain Ghana

A successful, excellent and fun filled record achievement from a life cycle perspective with rich Business Requirement Management to full deployment, go-live readiness of BSS and MIS and eventually transitioning to a Managed Services model – It included working with Business units, Sales, Marketing and Finance to identify requirements and working with BSS provider in implementing Business processes, integrating the platform and managing multi-vendor integration requirement.
SingleView CRM Solution

Planning, Design and Development of a Single-View Customer Data Architecture to integrate with FTS Billing Solution. The project intended to compliment the FTS Billing CRM solution and fulfill a 360 degrees view of the Customer.
As the best telecom services provider for Fixed telephony, Western Telesystems saw the need to have better visibility on the Customer’s interface at all points within the life-cycle of the customer on the network.

Establishing the Ghana MIS IT factory to spearhead Business requirement leadership in VAS, BSS&OSS, CRM, Call Center, ERP & the rest of Support IT solutions and associated Management Information reporting systems. This was a challenge contingent on recruiting low skilled and inexperienced personnel, training and guiding them to enable Business through Application development, Enterprise etc.

Know Your Customer (KYC) integrated BSS system

An Integrated KYC solution that tied in Channel Customer information management, data governance with BSS infrastructure in order to maintain as much as possible effective order management (fulfillment) and customer management (assurance) sanity.
Solutions deployed reused existing Mobile Money platform as a gateway for channel registrations and integrated into the rest of the network north/south. This achieved the most effective KYC solution in the market, and did so within the shortest and yet most cost effective approach.
Deployed solution required IT managing the priming of systems integration with multi-vendors, vendor quality delivery of solutions and time management in order to meet regulatory set timelines.
