In the Telecom industry we have, and continue to reiterate the need for change – the adoption of savvy and prudent digital transformation strategies that look at the the internal drive for digital adoption as well as the external need to satisfy customers and generate new revenues. Culture continues to be a big stumbling block as mindsets entrenched in an old way of operations and execution eat new strategy for “breakfast”.
