Is it not time to redefine “Our human rights”?

It's time we redefine our human right laws....

I suspect a time will come, in humanities distant future, a group of idealist will in their observation of a failed state of  “human being”, establish a new colony that redefines “fundamental human rights” in order to set and follow new standards that promote what is a higher form of right and what’s wrong as a citizen and a human being.
